Sushi - Hello, Gallant is here, Discussing about
the culinary, surely we are already familiar with Japanese food, namely sushi.
Sushi is a food consisting of rice that is formed with side dishes, whether in
the form of meat, seafood, or vegetables. The sour and savory taste of rice,
plus its fresh side dishes, makes sushi the favorite food of many people.
Besides its delicious taste, sushi is also a healthy
food. Eating sushi is believed to prevent hypertension. Because vinegar in
rice, contains high anti-bacterial. Especially if combined with fish that are
rich in omega 3. Imagine how healthy this food is.
1.Simple Sushi Roll
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of rice
- 2 handfuls of sticky rice
- 2 sheets of nori / seaweed
- 1 tablespoon of foreign soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 medium bratwurst sausage
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Prepare the rice cooker.
- Cook the rice first, by mixing ordinary rice and glutinous
rice with about 250 ml of water.
- Use low heat and cook rice until half cooked.
- While waiting, cut cucumbers, carrots and sausages, in
lengthwise cuts.
- If the rice is half cooked, steam the rice again together
with sausages and carrots that have been cut.
- Leave until the rice is cooked and fluffier, move it in
another container.
- Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, stir well.
- Fried garlic until browned, remove and drain.
- Fried omelette, don't forget to add salt and pepper.
- Cut the omelette by lengthening.
- Prepare a sushi roll, or it could be a rectangular plastic.
- Place the nori at the bottom.
- Next, rice, spread it over the nori.
- Arrange sausages, carrots, and eggs on top.
- Sprinkle fried garlic.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Roll the sushi by giving a little pressure to make it
solid.
- Cut 1.5 cm in size with a sharp knife.
- Sushi roll is ready to be served.
2.Salmon Onigiri
Ingredients:
- Fresh salmon
- Nori cut lengthwise
- Cooked rice
- Rice vinegar
- Mushroom broth
Additional tools:
- Rice molds for sushi
Ways of making:
- Clean the salmon.
- Cut to length with medium thickness.
- Prepare a container for rice.
- Add rice, rice vinegar, and mushroom broth, stir well.
- Print rice with a special mold for sushi. Can also be formed by hand.
- Place the salmon slices on top of the rice.
- Cut the nori lengthwise and wrap it around.
- Salmon nigiri is ready to be enjoyed.
3.Inari Sushi
Ingredients:
- 15 tofu pong (can know others can take the skin)
- Rice to taste
- Salmon to taste
- 2 eggs, fried pancakes and cut into pieces
- 350 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 10 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Ways of making:
- Boil water with soy sauce and sugar.
- Enter pong tofu.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Let the water absorb into the tofu.
- Drain and cut tofu so that it can be filled.
- Prepare another container.
- Mix eggs, crab sticks, sauce, and mayonnaise.
- Prepare rice and mix with sesame oil.
- Use as tofu filling.
- Inari sushi is ready to be enjoyed.
